Racial discrimination. We were told if we didn’t feel safe we wouldn’t be charged penalties but we were lied to verbally by Jessica Davidson property manager. We received two bills one was $6,000 and another was over $3,000. They did not care about safety. A neighbor Michael Vincent called police on my husband and said he went into his home and we had never even met him. The police harassed my African American family myself and my 2 and 8 year old.
