DO NOT RENT FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX! I have never had to deal with the level of incompetence that I've dealt with since moving here. The only reason it has one star is because you can't give it less. The management team is horrible. They will not communicate with you. They will ignore calls from you. Nice community but leasing and maintenance crews are lacking. We’ve had our sink out for four days now and the weekend is coming up so will be a week with no sink. Can’t even talk to anyone in the office as they never answer the phones. I would not recommend moving here to anyone.
After visiting the website, hoped to view apartments. The website didn’t indicate appointments were needed. I arrived at the office and the representative was on the phone. Once off the phone, she asked if we had an appointment. When we said we didn’t, she indicated she didn’t have time to see us today but we could come back again a different day. I lived here for five years and paid all of my move-out fees in full. I even have receipts from the office showing I owed nothing, yet my account was still sent to collections. Every time I’ve called to resolve the issue, the office either doesn’t answer or promises to handle it with no follow-up or resolution. From 2020 through September 2024, this was a nice apartment complex. After it was sold to a corporation, the quality and management noticeably declined. Terrible maintenance and management team. I’ve had birds in my ventilation system for a year, after multiple attempts at contact they simply do not care. I once had a bird make in into my apartment and I had to get it out with a broom. I live in a one bedroom one bath. The bathroom light has been out for a week and I’m not going to change it due to the birds in the ventilation. So I’ve just been going into the bathroom in the dark. It’s simply outrageous.
