Only gave it one start because I had to, Save yourself the headache do not live here! Since the property was taken over by the new management, things have only gone downhill. Communication is incredibly inconsistent one employee will tell you one thing, and another will completely contradict it. During my time here, I dealt with major leaks, including water coming through the ceiling and my sliding door. Terrible. STAY AWAY. Management is horrible/ extremely lazy and maintenance isn’t much better.
Do not live here! Staff was eager to help until we signed the lease and then a switch flipped and no one seemed to want to do their job! Worst apt I’ve EVER lived at. As soon as one issue is handled another one arises yet they never seem to run out of excuses!
Take it from someone who lived here several years. It’s a rollercoaster. The first unit here caved in with water and flooded all our belongings. It took several weeks and no help from the previous company to be relocated to a new unit. It was only after threatening legal action that they decided to do anything. Fast forward to current timeline, we were told our rent was being raised a couple hundred dollars to be at “market value”. Looks more like the new owner is trying to recoup its money. I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now and I’ve never had a bad experience with the community. Sure the last management company was fine, but ever since the takeover I feel that the new team has been making it more of a priority to take better care of residents and it shows
