Terrible maintenance and management team. I’ve had birds in my ventilation system for a year, after multiple attempts at contact they simply do not care. I once had a bird make in into my apartment and I had to get it out with a broom. I live in a one bedroom one bath. not a tenant- I was denied due to my credit and was told they’d send me a refund check if i was denied. they sent the check to my old address & it took me 2 weeks to finally get someone on the phone & ask them to void and to resend it to my new address.. the first time she said “i’ll get in contact with my manager and call you back.” never got a call back. so i called multiple times in one day, no answer until late that week someone who sounded like the same girl i spoke to the first time said they were able to send a new ch... read more

The people that work at the office are super lazy to pick up the phone. I been trying to contact the office for weeks because mold grew in the closet caused by a leak on the apartment above me because I can’t leave my job whenever I want because is too much work for them to pick up the damn phone. Their only solution was to put a fan for couple days running all day all night electricity that came out of my pocket. They came & they took the fan when the carpet was still wet.
