Smh just don’t! Manager is horrible and rude no professionalism or tact. Balconies are slanted ( building inspector county code enforcement need to shut this site down) Started renovating apartments without notice, nothing gets fixed or replaced. 2 washing machines for 10 units.
Wonderful place to live. Chris the apartment manager is amazing! Its affordable and clean. Chris was very helpful and Friendly thank you for helping us find our new home.
Yes rent is cheap, but nothing ever hardly gets fixed. A/C was out for the first 5months of living here. Cars always get towed. And the manager is extremely rude. To much noise, and not an area to have kids. All appliances and lighting are dated. And most everything is broken when you move in. So say goodby to that deposit you put down. Yeah it is close to post, but I would gladly have spent a few more bucks and min of driving if it meant better living.
