Jason Grimm was absolutely fantastic to work with and expertly guided us through buying a home in The Hollows. His knowledge of the area is exceptional, and his local connections proved incredibly valuable throughout the process. Jason was incredibly responsive, attentive, and always one step ahead throughout the entire process. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor and would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling in the Lake Travis area.
When we recently listed our Lago Vista home for sale, we looked to Jason Grimm of Silverton Real Estate to market the home. Our home buying experience was exceptional because of Jason Grimm. From his patience with all our questions to his navigating a series of curveballs that threatened to derail the deal, he kept aligned with our needs and gave us confidence at every step along the way. Jason is a top notch Pro! He draws from a wealth of experience in real estate and has the perfect demeanor to coordinate amongst multiple parties. We cannot thank you enough, Jason, or recommend you more highly.
Jason and team, thank you thank for selling our so fast. You went the extra step to sell our home. The photos of the house were extraordinary and something we will cherish. You gave us great advice and guidance during the process. You knew the market and what it would take to get our home ready to show. Mark and I admire your integrity and your communication with us was an important part of the relationship. Thanks!
