We waited for over an hour to get some drinks...we had to go up to the service center and ask for some service...there answer was they were all making a shift change. We even spoke to there shift leader and said o okay...30mins later they came by. This is the last time we are coming here...and im telling all my friends about the bad service
Love the place I go there at least 2 times a week to play and eat . Today however I received the shock of paying $6.50 for 2 small bottles of water !? From the bar , because the cocktail Server was not around and I was playing a poker machine . WTF !? And why the hell is 2 half bottles of water $6.50 .... Or 3.25 each ? Since when is a generic no name small bottle of water worth 3.25 ... Give me a break .. However since I do like the food and like to play I will be back . But trust me , I will never pay for a water again . I... read more

Room - needs updating -> new carpet, new TV, bathroom wallpaper was peeling off. We were on the second floor away from the casino and, still, the smell of smoke in the hallway and in the room. At some point the room was probably a smoking room. AC worked well. Beds are very nice. We could hear banging and footsteps above us one night. Staff- all very nice and accommodating. Stand out- Lori at the front desk really tried to get us into a quiet room. Restaurants - Grille-good food, but stay away from the Cantina. I don't know ... read more

We love the Silverton every time we come we enjoy sitting by the pool and gambling it great always a winner. The casino is also child friendly our granddaughter truly enjoyed her stay. Great memories Post
No fridge in room. Gaping hole that can be filled with one for $15/day. Oh and theres a $15/day "resort fee" that is not optional that is above and beyond the room rate. No word on this "fee" on Expedia
Wonderful surroundings! Nice, clean friendly & so much to do. The pool is awesome!
