The two women who run the check-in really need to learn some customer service skills and stop acting bothered when asked a question. Everyone else was professional.
Daisy and Deborah were exceptional!! The care and concern I got was top notch. I cut my finger width wise, across the knuckle and needed stitches I had anxiety attacks and they helped me through. I will go back here again if needed and will recommend them to everyone, so much better than the rudeness of BestMed. Thank you Legacy, between the care and ease of checking in, I felt cared for! I haven't been to this Urgent care since they were remodeled way back and it was for a reason. I went in to get stiches done after a really bad cut on my finger. The nurse who put in the stiches missed to attach the other side of the skin on two of my stiches. She re did one and refused to redo the other. When I corrected her she scolded me like a was a child and said you have to go to school to know how to stich correctly. $80 copay and some hundred dollars later. If you can go somewhere else please do so.
