I’m coming up on on my 1 year anniversary here, and genuinely couldn’t be happier to live in The Silverton! It is such a lovely community of people and the pool is so great :) I rarely ever hear anything from my neighbors, and due to where my unit is located I never even hear the metro passing by even though it’s right behind our building.

I lived here for 3 years, and will strongly encourage you to read the other reviews carefully about the quality of the building. The walls and floors are really thin, so unless you're on the top, or don't mind the noise, stay away from this place. The building management is worse than awful - absolutely non-responsive, and terribly inefficient at anything. Be ready to get your money ripped off. Edited review: Unsurprised to see a flurry of "positive" reviews within a short period. Current owners trying to sell and get out of the place. New buyers beware!!! Good area, ok building, awful onsite manager. Do not buy here unless you have none other options. High condo fees for a subpar living experience.
One of the good organized and active condominiums in downtown Silver Spring. Location, amenities ( including heated outdoor pool). Units have some unique floor plans especially in the old Canada Dry building. 2021: Condo association just completed major renovations - new carpet & paint in the hallway, vent cleaning, upgrades in the party room and play room. 2021: Pool season is finally to be opened. A lot of restrictions but it's 2021
