Kurt was very quick to return my call for a propane tank to be set up! He was friendly and even though they were very busy he made accommodations for a gas line to be set up before I moved into my new home.
I had a tank brought on the property and Mitch had set it up exactly as asked, and Tina has always been great to work with she even informed me of a price reduction on the propane when I went to pay the bill Great company
This place has horrible office customer service. The most expensive price for propane too. The drivers are good but office is very unorganized and I never answer the phone or schedule you for the right day. Glad I switched providers and don’t have to deal with there problems anymore. I would stay away and go with others !
We have been a long time customer of 18-20 years. We called them 11 days ago when the weather was warm and ordered propane. As of today we still have no propane. We were promised by Tina that we would have it yesterday morning. According to her she said she would "try". As of this morning the tank is down to 11% and needing propane with the cold weather still coming in at night. Talked with Kevin also and he said they could not get their until tomorrow morning.
