Overall we are very, very happy with our home! The finished product is absolutely beautiful and everything we wanted and more! Josh Casey was extremely helpful with regard to helping us pick a plan that was best for our family and even customizing that plan. Builder knowingly does not follow HOA rules, such as installing concrete address blocks on houses. They use address tags that require using a 50x set of binoculars to see the address #. They just installed a blacktop drive in a Shorewood neighborhood where EVERY other house has concrete. Buyer beware...as you will be getting a home where all of your fellow new neighbors will be mad at you for lessening their home values by allowing Silverthorn to use substandard materials.
