I bought a home from this company in April 2024. Had my first walk thru 30 days later for some warranty issues, to be more accurate in 6/11/24. They came and work on all warranty items in the list, so no issues so far. 2 weeks later I noticed that the water intrusion was still a problem that didn't get resolved with the work performed and every time it rains I get water through my garage wall, door and entrance door. Glenn is working on getting the vent fan to work properly
Glenn helped us with the 1 month house warranty. Very knowledgeable and got everything done on a timely manner.
We recently purchased a home from Silverthorne homes and we constantly have air blowing in from the bathroom fan when it is turned off.We have owned homes previously and never had that problem.The builder said this is normal and there is nothing they can do about it.THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!
Glenn and John have done a great job ensuring our new home is just the way we envisioned it!
