We had a wonderful experience building our home with Silverthorne over the past year. Our construction manager, Adam Ross, was great. He kept us informed throughout the entire process and communicated beautifully. Whenever we raised a concern, he was incredibly quick to address it and work with us to find a great solution. The entire build went smoothly, and we are absolutely in love with our new home!
If I could give negatives, I would. The absolute WORST! We’ve had our home for not even 8 years. We’ve already had to install new windows, new showers, new bathroom floors. There was no insulation between floors and walls, our front porch was just replaced and not installed the correct way. We had to get our electrical work redone as it sparked and outlets weren’t done right. Our rooms aren’t the right size, the walls aren’t leveled. Shall I go on? They cheap out on every single phase. I want to thank the warranty department for the excellent service we received with our new home. Josh went far above and beyond his job to help us, and we truly appreciate everything he did. He was professional, responsive, and made the entire process much easier for us. We are very happy with Josh and grateful for all of his hard work!
