We worked with Mary & she was nothing but amazing! (Still is amazing!) she was beyond welcoming since day one. Had to take some time to think about and she understood and didn’t pressure us. Ryan has been amazing throughout the building process. Weekly updates have been punctual and thorough! I am very happy with the process and even post closing warranty work is happening quickly!
We really enjoyed our building experience with Adam (construction manager) from Silverthorne. He was very attentive and very communicative through out the whole process. He made sure all of our concerns were addressed and resolved! Overall Silverthorne did a great job and we are happy with our new home. Highly recommend Adam for the Cortland/Dekalb County Area!!
Brian (construction manager) has been great to work with! Always made sure we had timely updates and quickly addressed any questions concerns we had. We are beyond happy with how our house turned out and a large part of that is thanks to Brian!
