Great experience, easy to work with.
Bryan in the service department was professional and easy to work with. Communication was consistent and clear, and everything related to the claim was handled without delay. The process moved along smoothly and the support was much appreciated.
Great place to find a truck. Maintenance is a bit pricey unless you're seeking a warranty job. Larry Tedford is a great salesman to seek out if you need someone who knows their trucks. Makayla is really helpful and can be found at the service desk. Randy is top notch in the maintenance bay if you need repairs.
Had an amazing experience buying my new vehicle from Silverthorne in Robinson. Jodi Brucken was amazing through the entire process. Answered any and all questions we had. She was right on top of things and made sure to get us into the right vehicle for our little family. I'd recommend going to buy a car from Silverthorne to ANYONE!! Make sure if you go in to ask for Jodi. She is the BEST!!!!!
