Bad service, dilapidated boat with broken A/C, oven, microwave and oh yeah, broken generator and engine. We have been houseboating on Shasta for 29 years, this was by far the worst. It's back to jones Valley for us!
A questionable vacation turned awesome by Silverthorn's excellent response to our issues. My friends and I will certainly be back, and we will never consider renting from another houseboat company on the lake. Our issues were quickly and efficiently dealt with by the professional staff. Can't wait to go back next year!

Beautiful place ! Very Cool ! A must see when in Redding California !
Big Thumbs up for hospitality and the Owners made sure to get me back campsite after getting stranded. Pizza was Fabulous,Customer service was excellent, friendly bartenders. Thank you again one Gratefull Lady.
