I went diving with Silverswift Cairns and I lost my GoPro...in the ocean (totally my fault). I wrote to them, just in case maybe it was on the boat, but no luck. To my suprise, they contacted me a week later and one of their staff had found it IN THE OCEAN; they recovered it, and mailed it back to me. Amazing people. You can't even hope for better customer service than that. The whole trip was great, but their service after the fact, when they didn't need to do anything at all, was amazing. We had an amazing time on my scuba diving experience! The entire team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole day enjoyable from start to finish. A special shoutout to Paul, our instructor, who was exceptionally kind and patient. As it was my first dive, I was a little nervous, but Paul made sure I felt comfortable and confident in the water. I did a fair bit of research on different tours before booking silver swift and spoke to some locals to find the tour best suited to me. Im so glad that I did as I was so happy with these guys- I had the best day!! I was a solo traveler and they made me feel welcomed. The crew were really efficient in getting each thing happening speedily so we could fit a lot into our day. That being said, I never felt rushed. My daughter and I had a wonderful, well organized one-day-diving trip with Silverswift to the Great Barrier Reef! The staff was very friendly, attentive, and professional. In addition we received extensive information about the reef and its inhabitants. The boat was well-equipped and the lunch good.
