I live at Lavana Falls in Bristol Twp Pa. I have been here almost 4 yrs.There is constantly trash left for months by the trash dumpsters. They charge 100 dollars a yr for parking and suppose to have sticker on cars to park or they will tow your car. They don't enforce that and so residents have no parking yet have to pay for it ! I asked to have a handicap spot put in as I pay to park here and they won't put it in. I have had a leak going on in the bedroom since I moved in here and they keep ignoring my request to fix it. DONT RENT HERE . I currently stay at Blackwood gardens (Lakeland rd in Blackwood nj ) and it is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. The major red flag was the $300 security deposit special . That’s because it’s a disgusting apartment complex . My apartment is literally infested with roaches and bees and they do NOTHING to fix this . I have sent in multiple complaints and multiple maintenance requests and all they do is lie that they have sent an exterminator. They never send them . This place have no since of urgency when you have problems I recently experienced the demise of a tenant who was infested with bedbugs and was told that my unit would not be desensitized because I was not a client of the demised person program who lived there so I was not entitled to have in my unit desensitize they are very poorly they don’t come when you need any information.
