Silverstone properties just brought foxwood manor apts and I couldn't be happier things I ask to be fixed or replaced from Winn Corp the old owners never got done. Silverstone properties fixed them immediately. They continue to make improvements as fast as the can. I said give them a chance. Thank you Olandra Manny and head of maintenance. Peggy Giblin
I use to be a tenant at Lavana Falls. I moved out 2 months ago and I still haven't received my security deposit. I called 2 weeks ago and they said it would take 1 week. Both my lease and PA law requires security deposits be returned within 30 days. It's been 2 months. I will now file a claim with the municipality.
As of December 11 2024 Foxwood Manor was sold to Silverstone properties. They are on top of things very considerate and understanding about our concerns due to previous owners In January we came and to drop off our rent and got to meet the new staff .A nice young lady Alondra she’s assistant manager.She’s about 20 or 25 years old sweetie pie.We have a new portal for our rent and to get maintenance work done. The Mandela Building is in unacceptable condition, which makes me suspect they accept public housing. Not that public housing itself is an issue, but unfortunately, some tenants contribute to poor living conditions. Trash is constantly left in front of the building, creating an unsanitary environment. Maintenance is another major concern. I noticed what appeared to be black mold in the bathroom, and instead of properly addressing it, the maintenance team simply covered it with spackle. I have been living at their Courtyard property for one year & a half. The first year was pretty much good. Small issues here and there but a few people working for maintenance was reliable & management would respond back to emails. Maybe two months before my lease expired the property was taking over by Silverstons company. Since then it’s been hell.
