This place have no since of urgency when you have problems I recently experienced the demise of a tenant who was infested with bedbugs and was told that my unit would not be desensitized because I was not a client of the demised person program who lived there so I was not entitled to have in my unit desensitize they are very poorly they don’t come when you need any information. Silverstone properties just brought foxwood manor apts and I couldn't be happier things I ask to be fixed or replaced from Winn Corp the old owners never got done. Silverstone properties fixed them immediately. They continue to make improvements as fast as the can. I said give them a chance. Thank you Olandra Manny and head of maintenance. Peggy Giblin
