I was recently in for a major ENT procedure. Although the phone service was initially challenging to get through for scheduling- Once I came to the office, from receptionist, to nurse, to Doctor. Everyone was helpful, considerate, thorough with explanation of procedure and seemed to genuinely care about the care they provided. I am very appreciative to have came to this office. After my procedure I received a call from the office once from the nurse and from the doctor checking in on me. Again this was not a minor procedure.... read more

Today, I experienced the Epitome of Thoughtlessness, Ignorance, & Stupidity at Silverstein Institute. Every year, at Dr Silverstein's advice I stop in to buy his invention, called EarKare, a 5 second ear wash, today I patiently waited for the Receptionist to finish up with a needy patient on the phone, I then requested 2 bottles of EarKare, she peeked into one door asking about it, then proceeded down the hall for what I thought was to retrieve the 2 bottles, she returned empty handed, stating " the person that takes care of... read more

This review is based on their scheduling practice: you call them, someone takes your details (after a long wait, if you're lucky) and they don't call you back, even after days. I'm not sure what's happening and why the management doesn't take action when so many people are leaving poor reviews regarding this aspect.

Have had 2 sinus surgeries which were successful and helpful. Later I was diagnosed with Meniere’s disease, which was treated with various medications and finally a surgical procedure, which worked, followed by balance training until I was finally back to 100%. Mostly treated by Dr. Rosenberg, but have seen Dr. Wazen and Dr. Nayak, all top notch. They also provide and service my hearing aids.

Don't waste your time. No body answers the phone at the office and Dr Rende is so full of herself she doesn't actually care if you cant hear and are having a problem. Infact, if you do get ahold of her she will talk over you and deny you the courtesy of speaking with a supervisor or anyone above her because she thinks shes superior. Very disappointed in this team. I used to think highly of FPG and SMH but after this entire week of inconsideration I am very displeased.
