I got there at 2:15 and knocked on the front glass as they were having lunch. Understandable. I didn’t interrupt them, it’s their personal time. I needed to use the restroom from an hour long drive I had just taken but ok. So 3:00 comes and people start coming in and the front desk opens the window and even though I was first they disregard that. No problem, there’s elderly people I respect that! Dr. Niki gave me the most thorough eye exam of my life and saved my life. She detected a tiny hemorrhage in the retina of my left eye and said that this type often comes from clots from heart valves. She listened to my heart with a stethoscope and picked up a very irregular heartbeat and a murmur.
