Got rear ended and brought my truck here because it was on State Farm's list of "approved fast track" shops. These guys are a joke. No one is detail oriented. Wrong parts ordered multiple times delaying the process. LED tail light bulb wasnt ordered at all. Inside portion of tailgate wasnt fixed when I finally went to pick it up. Had to wait another 2 days. Will definitely take my complaint to upper management. Tried to smooth things over by putting a "nice" exhaust tip on my tail pipe.
