I love living here. It's like living in a fancy hotel, but my apartment is my own and I get to express my uniqueness here. I have been impressed with the quality of the build and the sound proofness. As a person with children, it's always a concern of mine living in a space that shares walls and floors/ceilings with other people. C&R real estate is a complete joke. If you want to pay extraordinary fees and rent and feel as if you’re paying to live in a prison, this is the place for you. Thin walls. Thin floors. Cheap material for building that pretends to be “luxurious” but it’s paper thin. C&R real estate will charge you for anything and everything.
