My experience with SilverPick can be characterized by poor workmanship, little to no supervision of subs, lack of accountability, and a failure to stand behind their work. I hired Jaaron Mankins and SilverPick Contracting to build my custom home in Falls Creek Ranch in 2018. Great team to work with. They get stuff done.
We had Silverpick demolish our back patio and pour new concrete, install a drainage system, and rebuild a retaining wall. And they exceeded ALL expectations! Randy and his team were phenomenal. Our patio is now beautiful, usable, and practical. They went above and beyond, and were professional, responsive and accommodating to work with. Highly recommend Silverpick! (My dog also loved them and she is a great judge of character)
