Since the beginning of 2025, all but one stylist quit abruptly. The old staff was great but no longer there. Take note they have SEVERAL cameras throughout the facility recording both video and audio.
I want to preface by saying I love my hair cut and color so I don't have any complaints about that. I'm very happy with how it turned out. I will say my stylist was competent at cutting curly hair (2C) However my stylist was really rude. When asking what I wanted done I felt more like I was being interrogated than having a conversation. She came across as very impatient bordering on abrasive. Went for my first time today. Got a color and cut with Abbey. I am thrilled with how everything went! She listened to everything I wanted and was concerned about. She took every extra step to make sure I was happy with how everything went. I already have a follow up scheduled. Highly recommend!
I got a balayage and haircut with Susanne and I couldn’t be more pleased! Susanne has a really warm energy that matches the vibe of the salon and was really great at explaining why what I originally had in mind might not work based on where my hair was at. I appreciated the honesty and the managing of my expectations. I walked out feeling great! I will definitely be back!
