I am going to Dr Silverman since 2008 His one of the Best Doctor He is doing his best to help his patience 2022 I had Ammonia he was at vecation I went two lung doctor one at NYC one at NJ but They couldn’t help me when I went Dr Silverman he made be come back my health all the one star is wrong you do not wait long hours I was there month ago my appointment was 2 pm I was out before 3 pm whic doctor office you go waiting time is 1-2 hour again Dr Silverman is 5 star Doctor not one star

Dr Silverman is old and sweet. He still writes out prescriptions, not electronically sent to pharmacy, which made that a little difficult for me due to my condition, so I always had to get someone to go to pharmacy for me. I feel the office is not up to date with the necessary equipment to handle pulmonary patients needs. I requested to have a walking test done in office while ON oxygen and OFF in order to get an Inogen. I was told they don't have oxygen in office. No oxygen in a pulmonary office. Doctor and nurse were fine, but good luck calling the office. Every time I've tried, I've been put on hold for 20+ minutes with no one bothering to even acknowledge, take a message, tell you when to call back, nothing. Just putting you on hold so they don't have to deal with you.

Dr. Silverman has been my mothers Dr. for 20 years! He is compassionate, informative and committed to providing quality care. No matter what the medical issue is, he is patient, kind and addresses all her needs promptly! I am humbled and thankful for his dedication. God bless Dr. Silverman his family and the young ladies at the front desk.
