I’ve been a patient of Dr. Silverman since 2024, and this review is not about him. This is about the person who answered the phone on April 16 around 2:15 PM and said she was the manager. From the start, the interaction was off. I gave her my full name, then she asked for my date of birth and came back with a completely different patient’s name, saying I wasn’t in the system. Dr.Silverman and staff made my visit very comfortable and rewarding.He gave me the attention I needed and came up with the solutions that helped me.He’s very skilled and knowledgeable but nice and friendly also.
