This is the worst management group in the county. I have been a tenant of a suite that was leased from this company and have had nothing but issues. Within the first few days of moving in the suite one of the 3 AC units stopped working. It has been a year and a half since that point and I have called/emailed weekly and have done everything but take legal action and still nothing has been repaired.
