Steven Silverman is a fantastic chiropractor! He listens to your concerns and gets to the problem quickly. The staff is amazing!
The doctor provides good care and the staff are friendly, but consistent wait times have been an issue for years. Most appointments ran about 10 minutes late, which was frustrating but tolerable. At my last visit, I waited 25 minutes past my appointment time and ultimately left. That was the point where I realized this pattern isn’t working for me anymore. Reliable scheduling is important, and unfortunately that hasn’t been my experience here.
