I don’t recommend buying a trailer from the mess people they are terrible to deal with I bought a 7x16 Inclosed with a 7000lb gvw the trailer can’t hold 3000 without the axles touching the frame . I have called multiple times and filled out multiple application and they don’t call back and the guy that did said he is not sure how they can fix this with out me spending mor money on a more heavy duty trailer which is ridiculous cause I bought what they said was for this spec. Great prices , Reliable and well built trailers, very accommodating to all my needs, friendly staff, amazing experience helped with my application all the way to putting my hitch on my truck and sending me a message to make sure i got home ok. An amazing experience start to finish i will come back for all my trailer needs.
Only good part about my transaction was the sales guy shamus highly recommended him but spent 8800 dollars first the license plate doesn’t fit a pa license you can’t even see the license plate holder than he goes to give me a spare tire and hillbilly bob over here comes out bitching about a spare tire than tells me it’s 150 to 200$ well idk why I wouldn’t get a spare tire with the trailer I just bought again 8800$ but won’t come with a spare blows my mind also confusing they don’t offer inspections or tags and title your lit... read more
