Communication is their biggest fault. I have had 3 install dates and they never showed! No phone call, no email, no text messages. I just simply was treated as a nonperson or worse. I have called them and they have lied to me on all occasions. Even the salesperson lied and never communicated. I have now disputed their 50% deposit requirement on my credit card. I’m not sure if they are a legitimate company or not. Just Buyer beware!!!
Garage epoxy was supposed to be completed Sept 19th. As of November 11th its still not done. The first install was delayed by a week. Meaning the garage had to be gutted and everything removed. The work quality was poor. There is 1 inch around the entire garage that's has rough spikes sticking up. Enough to cause injury to skin, and making it impossible to clean. Never ... have I ever been better served, had a better experience, enjoyed more right-minded/customer oriented, and sincerly dedicated people than Matt and his installers! Hat's off in appreciation! How good are they? Four, if not five, of my neighbors were amazed at Silverline's product, installation, and are committed to doing the same at their homes. Silverline ... good people doing good things for good customers!

For my most recent project, a pantry, I worked with Troy. Troy came over, I gave him EXACT measurements of what I wanted. Specifically 16” wide drawers up against the wall to the right, next to open shelving with rounded corners to the left. I shared inspiration pictures, let him know my plans for the pantry, and set expectations. (I had tape on the floor to “map out” my master plan.) Troy specifically asked if I wanted 2” or 4” kick plates, I said 2”. Instead I got none on 2 of the 3 openings where they should have been. Aa... read more
