This was one of the easiest processes I've experienced. Joe Fahim was honest and straightforward. He kept me updated and frequently checked in to see if I needed anything, had any questions, and making sure things were running smoothly. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. Usually dealing with brokers, loan companies, etc feels like a full-time job, however, I did not have that feeling this time around.
