SilverLine manufacturered and install a number of windows and patio doors in our Surrey Townhouse complex. We did our look at 4 window companies. We chose 3 and visited their manufacturing facilities and although SilverLine was not the cheapest we chose them. This was based on their professional service and approachable staff. It's our second times to get our windows installed by Silverline (we did our second floor windows installed five years ago and this time we did it again for our main floor windows) . We're satisfied with the job's done.
So good company and good service I so happy with them
This is a large and complicated job. Silverline is doing both windows and siding for us. Marc, our sales person gave us a clear and concise estimate . The workers know how to work around existing faucets, vents, etc. effectively and kept going through some miserable weather. We are pleased with the work, and were able to get the job done with stock already in the country. We had a concern that new tariffs might substantially increase the cost if we delayed.
Their service is very straightforward and I have to say, they are fast!!! It takes them likely 3 weeks From the first day I met Bill (sales rep, a funny and sweet gentleman) to the day my windows are installed. I didn’t expect it can be done so quickly and I’m pretty happy with the quality and their service so far. It’s been a week since the installation day and it’s been raining nonstop everyday since, and no leaking!! Will work with Silverline again for any future project for our home.
