I had a very good experience buying my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, from Silverline. Customer service was great and very helpful. Eugene was easy to work with, no pressure and very professional. The vehicle I bought was in great condition.
This place can't stand behind a vehicle they sold me, 9 days earlier and 20hrs of driving. The engine lost all compression after 340 miles after buying it. Now have to replace the engine completely, thing lost compression on 2 cylinders. I would think a reputable place of business would stand behind a vehicle they sell to some extent. I took my daughter in to purchase a newer vehicle and Eugene was professional honest and easy to work with. I will shop here again. I am happy with her purchase. We bought a truck here. Drove 340 miles owned 9 days and the engine is done. Lost all compression in 2 cylinders. Called Eugene and was told they work within the law and I'm screwed. Gave me a mechanics number and hung up. No apology, nothing. I paid $10000 for truck, now to have to put out another $4000 for new engine. I would look at some reputable used car lots.
