Had an appointment for today at 11am. My sister drove 2 hours to meet with the owner (Rick/Rich?) to go over the estate, he no call/no showed. We have left messages but received no response, probably too embarrassed. Do not recommend.

I've been to estate sales for a decade in NorCal and I must say, they overprice at market retail on day 1 and 2. They attempt to sell matching eBay prices. I can get better luck at an antique store. Every once in a while you might find a gem, but this is the second and last one I will be attended managed by this company. Little inventory moves, people walk out empty handed, and you can hear people talking about the prices in disgust. I attended one of their estate sales and had an incredibly odd interaction with the owner that left a bad taste in my mouth. It was a 3-day sale, and I arrived at the end of the second day. I expected most of the "good stuff" from the pictures to be gone, but the house was still packed—with good reason, as I soon realized. While most items were priced, the prices were shockingly high. As a seller attending an estate sale, this was a waste of time, if you are looking for reasonable estate sale prices. Everything is priced at antique store prices. The person running the estate sale was yelling at his employees for selling things too cheap in front of everyone (customers and staff). I attended on Sunday the last day of the sale expecting some deals, as they said all prices are negotiable. I asked about the cost of a jacket and a skirt. Silverleaf is my favorite estate liquidator! They do an incredible task of displaying and arranging items for sale and I've found the great majority of items clean. The more you purchase, the better the deal.
