Mom was looking for a gold men's lapel cross and decides to go here. Followed around the store by clerks waiting for us to shop lift. Never talked to, just followed. Sister got tired of the hypocrisy and waited outside. Didn't get the pin and don't know if they even have one. Make sure you look a certain way before you go in.

I purchased a plain silver necklace last November. I wore the necklace, maybe 3 times, I kept it in the red net bag that was given to me upon purchase. A couple of months ago, I pulled it out to wear, and it had changed colors. $64.99 for this necklace. I went in on yesterday, 12/2024 to see if there was anything that could be done. We were never treated when we came in even though there were 3 employees standing at checkout. We had to go all the way to the back to get any kind of help. Luckily she was as sweet as can be. When leaving, those same 3 employees never looked up or said a word.
