ordering online and on the phone is an actual nightmare. our order is always wrong. we ordered delivery and they missed 5-6 items. they offered a refund which is appreciated but the disappointment is still there because we literally cannot rely on either method to ensure our order is correct. there needs to be a better system in place or a check list when it comes to orders.
