10/10 service and good food
it’s the best ramen place in the valley
I wish the service was above and beyond but it doesn’t hit that expectation. Please consider raising the standards of your service. I try to ignore it but spending my money here would feel so much better if they had good customer service. Especially when I comes to serving the sit down customers. Multiple times I’ve ordered ramen inside and then never saw the waiter again… had to walk up to a register to get anyone’s attention to pay and leave….
Good ramen place tucked away in a plaza with ample parking. Their ramen is pretty good but costly as the base price doesn't include your main protein and additional toppings that are typically standard in most ramen places. It doesn't come with a lot of broth and it's $7 to refill. It wasn't crowded and almost empty when we went there for dinner, but felt rushed to leave.
I come here often with my boyfriend and sister. We always have good service. Everyone’s so attentive and the food always hits!!
