We visited SL Ramen at Spectrum at about 2ish. Ginger Lee greeted us with a smile and provided a spacious area to sit. Meal recommendations were excellent: Classic ramen (pork broth) and Shoyu ramen. The ramen was fresh with the right texture and the soups were savory. The tender pork belly was a treat and could be a separate side dish (with sake). We finished the large portions quickly. Good quality ramen for this location. Meat is fresh.
The ramen was good, but the waiter was rude and never checked in to see if we needed anything else. He just brought the check at the end and left—no thank you, even though the tip was preset to 22%
