Working within the Mall and limited options for food.. it’s sad to think this place overall gives bad service on both Dine In and Take Out. You wait practically 10+ Mins at the Front to be noticed. Whether they have a crowd or not, the same excuse of ‘Being Short Staffed’ is always used for their lack of attentiveness. Part of a chain, the Manhattan Beach Silverlake Ramen serves up a solid meal of Ramen (also saves me from driving to Sawtelle Blvd to eat). The Ramen is well prepared, properly spiced/flavored, and served at a proper temperature. This is the go to dish when you come here. I get the Blaze with pork because I want the extra spice level and it warms me up in the winter. The rice bowl and the appetizers are all tasty and well prepared with good sized portions. I got a shoyu on fire and it was okay, but the tsukeman (my favorite) was waaaaay to salty. I never tasted any salt when I order it besides today and at this location. I going to keep going to the one on Cerritos or the one on sunset.

Very bad service for sure, no one welcome you or seat you. You have to waive at them to get their attention
