I normally use Silverlake to board my dog when l go on vacation and he has been going there for almost two years. I gave the lady specific instructions on how to feed my dog. I was told he bit someone while getting fed. That never would have happened had they followed the specific instruction that the lady said she wrote down. There is no way my dog would have bit anybody because that person would not have been near his bowl when fed. I asked her how did they feed him and she could tell me every detail.
