Awesome apartment
Our experience with Silverhawk Management was incredibly frustrating. It took almost a month to get an answer on whether we were approved or denied, and the staff didn't seem to care that we really needed a place to live. During our background checks, there was a flag on one of our Social Security numbers, which is a really scary thing to hear. And you'd think this would be taken seriously and we'd be notified right away, but we weren't. We found out about it a week later when we called back to check in. Then the manager ass... read more
My Family and I LOVE it HERE! We love our new apartment. We have beautiful Mountains & a great view to the Golf Course. Also, we get to see a lot of little critters (roadrunners, squirrels, rabbits, ect.) from our balcony. We're nature lovers, so we really enjoy seeing them. Mornings & evenings are enjoyable to ride your bike around Old Town, Starbucks or the Park. It's a very active community w/ Hiking Trails close by. The apartments are well maintained. They have useful amenities. 10/10 recommend
