Great experience. The worker there was questioning the timing of my decision to sell my silver due to current market conditions. He really wanted to make sure it was the right choice for me and even ended up paying me full spot price for some of the rounds. He also rounded up the amount paid to an even number. Excellent experience and I highly recommend doing business here.
First time I went here, I had a great experience and felt they were fair on prices. Unfortunately, as we all know, it only takes one bad experience to change our mind. This time, they offered me only about 30% of what my coin was worth. I took it to Gold Mine in Gig Harbor instead and received a fair value. I'll never be back
Have been here a couple times recently and have had a great experience! Would recommend 10/10 especially if you are looking for fair prices to buy/sell and quality service. Will definitely be returning soon!
I was advised by Alberto that my antique pocket watch needed servicing. 4 months later I retrieved my watch, that was damaged, assembled improperly, not running, and with parts replaced without my knowledge or permission, compromising the watch's historic integrity. This took at least 9 calls and 4 trips from the Olympic Peninsula, being told falsely that my watch was ready.
