Staff aren’t the nicest people, felt like I was intruding on their conversations constantly. Doctor himself gave me good advice.
I would never recommend this walk-in clinic. I was very sick, experiencing coughing and sneezing, yet the doctor examined me for only about 4 minutes, checking with a stethoscope for barely 2 minutes, and simply told me I had a “viral infection” and to take Tylenol, no antibiotics were prescribed. When I saw my family doctor afterward, I was told I did need antibiotics. The staff at this clinic are extremely rude. The receptionist was unprofessional and dismissive.
