I have lived at Somerset Place in London for 5 years, and in that time, this property has undergone a lot of major upgrades, including the hallway walls, and carpets, the elevators have been updated, the laundry room just recently was majorly overhauled. I don't understand why Louise Gavigan still working at St Lawrence Village. She is the MOST RUDIST and UNFRIENDLY person. Recently, I was sitting in the lobby and the Elevator button stopped working and the FOB wouldn't open up the interior door. I called the office and Lousie answered. Rae came to look at the issue. Horrible property management company that shows little regard for tenants considering the rent they charge. Elevators out of service for weeks on end at Main Square, contractors drilling non stop. There is a reason there is constant turnover here and it's well deserved.Â

Iam not impressed by the way I am being treated about a mold situation in my apartment. I am allergic to mold and mildew that affects my lungs and my breathing. It is burning the back of my throat.
