Very friendly people and professional staff.
Do not use them. Katie Sheppard in particular will try to rip you off. Very unethical and unprofessional. I highly recommend you find someone else to represent you.

Helen Johnson was the 1st person we called when we decided to sell our home. We had worked with her in the past in selling a home and purchase of another home, so we felt more than comfortable working with her because of her expertise and knowledge of the real-estate market. She helped us find our new home and sell our previous home. She is a go getter and does her best to get the best for her clients. We would both highly recommend her to future clients.
We have used Helen Johnson twice now. Once for buying and once for selling our house. Helen went above and beyond to assist us in the sale of our house. We left the area with our house still on the market and Helen took care of everything up until the closing, down to sweeping out the garage. I highly recommend Helen at Silvercreek Realty.
