Jovelyn did a great job correcting an account issue for me!
Jovelyn was knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly.
I had an issue with my online payment set up on the portal, and after calling this morning and speaking with Jay, everything was resolved. Jay was kind, patient, and very competent. She walked me through my portal and helped me to correct the problem, helped me to be up to date with my payments, as well as waived my late payment penalty. I was extremely happy with her service!!! 😊
Terrible. Zero customer service. Super expensive HOA's and don't do anything. Worse than the DMV. Calling them is worse that calling your cell phone provider. Horrible, horrible organization!!!!!!!
