Terrible. Zero customer service. Super expensive HOA's and don't do anything. Worse than the DMV. Calling them is worse that calling your cell phone provider. Horrible, horrible organization!!!!!!!
Jocelyn gave me excellent customer service. Her concern with resolving my issue with great. She was very pleasant & patient with me. Informed me of whom and what I needed to do to fix issues with her as well documenting my concern for the records of our HOA. She responded to my phone calls and confirmed she received my emails for I know emails can get over looked through many requests,etc.
