I was phisicaly assaulted by these people...I don't recommend them at all
Silverchain did homehelp for my 102 year old motherinlaw, although not a lot needed (showers gen maint) 3 years ,all the ladies who came were very thorough and very friendly to her I can not recommend them highly enough and supervisor pam was contactable and very helpfull at all times Check them out remember not only number of staff but also quality is needed
Terrible place to work.
I am a support worker and had interviewed for the position at Silver chain. I was selected and had undergone through their medical fitness test and was at the verge of joining the buddy-ship program but at the very last moment I received an email stating that the position was no more available. I wrote back to them not knowing what went wrong but they didn’t even bother to respond to my email. I don’t think the management team is as responsible as they sound. I’m disheartened with such an attitude.
