I've lived in this park for 10 and they've poured gasoline in plant life and all miss things RHONDA HAS TO SAY IS I DON'T FARE ITS NOT MY PROBLEM. years and since October of 2022 since the incompetent new owners took over I've never seen a place go to hell like this one has the mataince man has killed numerous pets
I lived in this park for a year and a half at that time it was a nice little part yes it had its problems and then the park was sold and the park went downhill after that it is a total dump I wouldn't even consider it owners very shady do not trust anything they tell you
Rent unbelievably high and raised without proper notice. No amenities in the park. Manager rarely ever answers. Worst experience ive ever had. Ive contacted the manager & her supervisor & still have yet to hear back!! NOT recommended.
Owners are crooked had my rent increased twice in a year last time it was 750$ a month to 910$ a month the owner don't care about the people that live here just there next dollar
