This firm hired me to serve as a mediator back in December, 2017. We held the mediation and the matter was resolved to the satisfaction of all involved including their client (who got paid). Since that time, we have been chasing the firm for payment of our mediation invoice. We have left countless messages for Mr. Silverberg who we are told by his staff handles all payment matters directly. In my 40 years of business I have yet to find a more strategic thinker that Paul. If you want someone who will listen carefully to your situation, and figure out a number of solutions that you never even thought of, that is Paul. If you want someone who will defend your position even better than you, that is Paul. You will never get more value for your legal dollar.
