Terrible. Stopped in today to buy my engagement ring 2+ carats. Dumbass answered door and said that today an appointment would be needed. Store empty??? Talk about stupid and terrible customer service. Don't waste your time. Jeff Logan
While looking for an engagement ring I went to every jewler in Sarasota including Silverberg. This place was terrible! The owner there was a jacka$$. It was easy to tell all he wanted was a sale. He kept giving me rings WAY over my budget and trying to force me into the buy. I brought a manufactor's magazine with me that had an exact ring I wanted in it. I have been in the store three times and i am always greeted with a smile. The first time I went in, I was looking around for engagement rings to try to figure out the style I was looking for. I described this to the gentleman that had greeted me and he took me right over to the perfect ring! The second time I went in, it was to repair a piece of jewelry that my mother gifted me about 20 years ago. Again, I was greeted with a smile and was helped right away. My husband bought an anniversary ring for me at Silverberg's. He had the best experience, the staff was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. I love my ring it is so beautiful!!!!
I was looking for a unique ring for my mother for Mother's Day. I had heard that Silverberg Jewelry was family owned, they had unique pieces, estate and you could design your own. I went to the store and was greeted by Barbara with a big smile and very friendly welcome. I told her what I was looking for and she helped me find the perfect ring. I actually found a ring that was "my mom", she loves amethyst, they had a large selection at GREAT prices. Check them out for your next jewelry purchase!
