I was trying to make an appointment as a new patient. The receptionist, Debbie, hung up on me. I didn't think I said or did anything wrong. I called back to ask her why she hung up on me, and she hung up on me again. The doctor may be great for all I know, but if Debbie represents his office, that is a HUGE problem!
