Do Not Buy in Saguaro Bloom in Marana Arizona by DR Horton.They are counting on the warranty running out to not fix all the windows, broken/cracked bathtubs, holes in the grout, chipped/broken tiles, bad paint job, broken drawers, cracked stucco, and the list goes on...zero stars if I could!!!! I Have called the superintendent , the Tucson corporate office ( btw don't call them, they never answer) and the Arlington corporate office only to be ignored. I Closed in November 2022 it is now March 2023 and they have only fix one ... read more
Good looking houses...nice area if you like being VERY close to the city...the down fall is the lot sizes...highly congested...
