We are extremely happy with the care our 94 year old father is receiving at Silverado Rolling Hills. We have experienced the entire team there as being very attentive and caring - this includes administration, nurses, Chef Edgar and his kitchen staff, caregivers, front desk receptionists, and cleaning staff. Jason/Activity Director in particular goes above and beyond not only with engaging the residents but also with communicating with their families.

My sister-in-law’s mother, Ann, relocated to Silverado a few months ago and has been doing much better. She seems to be regaining her usual spirited self, which I believe is largely due to the engaging and stimulating activities offered by the staff. The residents are well-entertained, and it's evident that the staff genuinely care for them. Silverado is exceptional in every way. The entire staff treats my Dad as if he were a member of their own family. He’s thriving—both mentally and physically—and, most importantly, he’s genuinely happy. He enjoys the food, looks forward to the activities, and feels truly engaged. My aunt’s mom joined here a few months back and has only been on the upswing since. She’s smiling / feels more and more back to her “old” self (sass included), I think a big part due to all the fun activities they put on to keep the residents both entertained and stimulated - the staff seem to really care. We’ve had mom at Silverado for almost 2 years now. Decided to put her in care mostly so she’d have more engagement than she could get at home. The activities director Jason is awesome, creative with their outings and mom adores him. Full of energy, with a very positive vibe. Among other activities, they have musicians come in to play for and engage with the residents once or twice a week and that’s the real highlight for mom.
