We want to thank Silverado Hospice care for taking such amazing care of my father during his end of life journey. His nursing team consisted of Josefa, Tammy, Stephanie, Giancarlo. At the end of very long, protracted course of progressive dementia, my mother finally came to the end of her 93 years of life in the care of Silverado Hospice at the Auberge in Salt Lake City. Silverado Hospice Team was truly amazing and a Godsend to our family while our Father was dying. The care they took every dayt everything from Meds to late night calls for help, this team of caring individuals and the compassion they gave is truly life changing and humbling. My Father passed two weeks ago and this team came to his funeral. Thank you to Dr Felauer, Osepha, Danny, Christine and Tammy.
Amazing team of competent, loving and caring individuals. I am forever grateful to them for being there for my mother in her last days, and for their constant communication with me and my family.
