My in-laws moved into Silverado Bellevue about 6 weeks ago. It has been positive and life-affirming for them. The staff are so very kind and compassionate, the building is truly homey and comfortable, the in-house animals are delightful, and and the activities and care they get are perfectly designed for those with cognitive decline. My mother-in-law mentions almost every day how amazed she is by the quality of other residents and staff. We are grateful daily to the entire team at Silverado Bellevue.
As having had a resident at Silverado for almost three years, I am pleased and satisfied with the care they have provided. The facilities are well maintained, the food is very good and well presented, the cleanliness and the layout for community living of the residents is excellent. The stability in cost for services offered has been acceptable. At times Silverado's dependency on outside care services to complement their in-house staff has been questionable. I would rate Silverado an 8-9 on a scale of 1-10.
