I’ve made several visits to this beautiful facility and find the staff to be friendly, helpful, professional, and very thoughtful with all residents. Lots of smiling faces and a variety of activities for residents. Staff help to engage folks in conversation, activities, and daily life. I’d love to reside hear when I’m older!

No zero? They are terrible. If my experience is anything to relate to what would be yours if you anticipate any medical issue they are not prepared for it. Forget it They have a 10 to one staff ratio and the turnover is horrendous. If you go there ask for daily medical records because for whatever reason they seem to incapable of providing proper prescription care. Thank you for asking why I changed my review from five stars to one. The turnover in staff has been unheard of. I would say that on average executive directors or directors of wellness do not last more than a year. The last two DoW did not make it a combined 12 months to my recollection. The amount of medical errors that happen during this time is incredible. Also State reporting is not administrated to my understanding. Especially during special circumstances. Please tell me what she received prior to discharge. Do not rely on your eMAR reports as they are not accurate. Tell me the truth. My mom's health and safety relies on it. Your discharge information was vastly inaccurate and the medicines provided were not in line with the pharmacies records. Right now I need to know what she actually took.
